Very solid and very useful

looks like the product in the picture and feels solid. One nitpick is that one of the "ciy" logo's is a little of center.

I tester it and it also works fine when pulling key caps. It fits in between all the key and the housing of my mechanical keyboard.

The delivery took a few weeks longer than stated at time of purchase.
The item came in a little plastic bag which was in a larger plastic bag. No padding.
Despite that the item looks good, no damage in shipping.
